The University Archives and Special Collections staff work closely with donors to identify materials of research interest to be preserved. Although not all papers and records fall within the collecting scope of the unit, please send us an email to discuss a potential donation at archives@csusm.edu.

Donors are advised that the research value of papers and records may be impacted if items are removed or rearranged. We recommend that you contact us prior to selecting materials for donation.

Please note that by law, archivists cannot give tax advice, nor are we permitted to appraise the monetary value of a collection.
