Big news from the library world—Cali, the official mascot of the California State University InterLibrary Loan system, is on her grand tour! Her third stop? Right here at Cal State San Marcos!

Cali’s adventure celebrates the journey books take as they travel between all 23 CSU campuses using our free courier system. Before visiting us, she stopped at Chico State and Sonoma State—two of our many library partners in the CSU system.

During her visit to CSUSM, Cali stopped by two of our favorite campus spots—the Makery and the Game Room! She shared that she made her costume using the tools and creative resources available in the Makery. Afterward, she headed to the Game Room, where she played a few rounds and made some new friends before continuing her CSU adventure.
